• Want to raise awareness broadly among your employees.
• Prefer that employees be able to opt-in to the program without someone reaching out to them first.
• Have upcoming health screenings or fairs.
• Can reach a good portion of your workforce through some form of health communication.

Using existing data might be best for you if you:

• Plan to administer the benefit through your health plan, pharmacy benefit manager, or other third-party administrator.
• Have strong data systems to easily run queries either internally or through a vendor.
• Intend to use claims-based reimbursement and need to connect identifiers.

Obtaining new data might be best for you if you:

• Work with your on-site health clinic to track health improvement.
• Already have strong partnerships with the clinical community.
• Are hosting upcoming health screenings or fairs.
• Have a higher-than-normal rate of turnover or have recently hired a significant number of new employees.
